Ten Reasons For Fatigue of the White-Collar

Ten Reasons For Fatigue of the White-Collar

Busy work makes people so exhausted that too many people complain about that every day. In fact, fatigue is not only caused by tiredness, but by many other factors in life.

1. Overuse of eyes

If you concentrate on something for too long, you will feel tired, and then you may close your eyes for a while.

2. Obesity

Overweight is a heavy burden on the human body and excessive body fat will cause fatigue.

3. A lack of exercise

People often misunderstand that exercise make them exhausted. But in fact, on the contrary, a lack of movement may lead to weaker muscle. When the body begins to use them, it will take away more energy.

4. Sleep problems

Some people often take weekends for lie-in and offer an explanation that it is to recharge their batteries. In fact they do not know that it disrupts their sleep clock and directly impacts on their mental state.

5. Psychological problems

Depression is the most common cause leading to fatigue, and bad mood, poor sleep and excessive stress will also cause fatigue.

6. Malnutrition

If your main daily diet is processed food, your body will feel tired, then you may eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, whole grains and beans.

7. A lack of secretion of thyroid hormones

Thyroid controls metabolism. If you lack secretion of thyroid hormones, the metabolism will slow down so that you feel tired.

8. Dehydration

Dehydration will cause a decline in blood volume, physical strength and energy. Generally the best drink volume per person per day is 8 to 10 glasses of water.

9. Drugs

Taking diuretics, antidepressants, some anti-cold medicine or cough syrup category can lead to fatigue. Normally after drug withdrawal, fatigue will disappear.

10. Gloomy tones of the working environment

If the environment is dark and gloomy, you will feel fatigued easily. Thus adding yellow, orange, red colors to your working and learning environment, it will help eliminate fatigue. Increase Your Energy With These Easy Lifestyle Tips

Increase Your Energy With These Easy Lifestyle Tips

Are you tired of feeling tired all the time? Perhaps you are constantly dragging at work or you feel sleepy at home all the time. While fatigue can be a sign of physical problems in some cases, often a lack of energy can be a result of your lifestyle. The good news is that you can start making some lifestyle changes that will help you overcome fatigue and increase your energy. Here are a few great lifestyle tips you need to start following if you want more energy.

Start Sleeping More

One of the main causes of low energy is not getting the sleep that you need. You may be sleep deprived, even if you do not realize it. It is a good rule of thumb to aim for about eight hours each night. If you find that you are sleeping in very late each weekend, it probably means you are not sleeping enough at other times.

Drink Plenty of Water

Irritability and fatigue can be signs that you are dehydrated. Even if you do not feel that you are thirsty, it does not mean that you have been drinking enough. When you start feeling thirsty, you have already become dehydrated. As a general rule, 64 ounces of water a day should be a goal. However, some people need even more. Some suggest that you drink half your weight in ounces of water each day. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should be taking in about 80 ounces of water a day. Start drinking plenty of water and you will beat dehydration and increase your energy levels.

Get Moving

It is also important that you start moving if you want to ramp up your energy levels. Having to sit all day can make you feel tired and it can lead to a lifestyle of inactivity as well. Make yourself get out and do something active. It can be as simple as taking a walk, getting some moves in with Wii Fitness, or playing a sport with your kids. The more you get active, the less fatigue you will deal with.

Start Eating Right

If you are not eating right, you may not be getting the nutrition that you need, which can lead to the fatigue. Also, if you are eating too much and gaining weight, extra weight can zap your energy. Simply starting to eat right can help you to lose some weight, which will give you more energy. Healthy eating habits will also ensure that you are getting the nutrients that your body needs, which should eliminate some of the fatigue as well. Make sure you are adding plenty of veggies, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins to your diet for the best results. Try to avoid as many processed foods as possible, since they spike blood sugar and then can leave you with a low later, making you feel fatigued.…

Feel Tired All the Time? Reasons Why You’re Fatigued

Feel Tired All the Time? Reasons Why You’re Fatigued

When the body is over stressed, ether physically or emotionally, there is an increased demand placed on the adrenal gland to produce the adrenaline hormone. In addition to stress, dietary habits including the over use of coffee, white flour, sugar, alcohol and other stimulants, people find that their adrenal become stressed and that their dependency for stimulants increase to maintain energy levels. The adrenal glands are now over worked and are unable to produce at normal levels the adrenal hormone. The result may be dehydration, which interferes with nutrient delivery and contributes to aging and kidney problems, reduced cardio out-put, hypertension and heart attacks.

The adrenal glands are a pair of triangular-shaped organs that rest on top of the kidneys. Each gland normally weighs about 5 grams, slightly less than 1/5 ounce, and is made up of two parts, the cortex, or the outer section, which is responsible for the production of cortisone, and the medulla, or central section, which secretes adrenaline. The adrenal cortex helps maintain the salt and water balance in the body and is also involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates and the regulation of blood sugar. In addition, the cortex produces a sex hormone similar to that secreted by the testes.

When the adrenal glands are working at high levels everyday all day, the body will create higher levels of cortisol. Cortisol eats muscle! Muscle is needed to burn fat. Therefore, the body begins to store fat and muscle loss is destroying the body. The heart is the muscle that is hit first because all of the blood travels through it. The heart is weakened and then a heart attack is inevitable.

Ragland’s Test: An easy way to see if your adrenals are in balance is to purchase a blood pressure “wrist cuff” so that you can monitor your own reading. Lie down flat. Begin your test by pressing the start button on the wrist cuff. In about 30 seconds you will see two separate numbers. The top number is the Systolic pressure. The bottom number will be your Diastolic pressure. We are only interested in your top number, or Systolic pressure, at this time. After seeing the top number display, you must now stand up and within 10 seconds restart or push the button again. When the Systolic pressure appears again, take note of the difference between lying down and standing pressure. The numbers should not move or change more than 4 points ether higher or lower.

Example! Lying down the pressure reads 120/80 – standing pressure reads 129/83 so the difference would be 9 points.…

Concerns for Ceramic Bearings

Concerns for Ceramic Bearings

We all know that bearing products can be made of various materials. And among all the different kinds, the ceramics have special features. They show some practical advantages over traditional bearing steels when they are used as materials for rolling contact bearing components. The properties of ceramics, specifically low density and high stiffness, are important features as to gas turbine and machine tools. High hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion and high temperature capability are properties also suited to rolling element materials.

According to the research which is made on structure, quality control and manufacturing techniques, ceramic materials are suitable alternative to steel for rolling contact bearing design. This is especially true for hybrid ball bearings, i.e. precision angular contact ball bearings using ceramic rolling elements are now offered as standard components with in the ball bearing manufacturing industry. As a result, an expansion in the use of ceramic bearings necessitates guidelines for the choice of bearings or rolling elements. More and more people pay much attention to this material.

However, nothing is described about rolling contact fatigue behavior, which is fundamental information to assess the lifetime of the material. Due to the lack of such information, some concern for the reliability of ceramic bearings still remains. Thus, it also deserves our study. Rolling contact fatigue is the surface damage process due to the repeated application of stresses when the surfaces of two bodies roll on each other. It is encountered most often in rolling element bearings and gears.

The failure process of rolling contact fatigue involves fatigue crack initiation and propagation, which is related to the characteristics of the surface quality, stress distributions and lubrication condition. Surface crack defects are considered as a main factor that causes rolling contact fatigue failure at the present. It is difficult to detect these surface cracks during high volume production processes and hence it is crucially important to understand their influence and the fundamental mechanism of the failures they cause.

It is common that there are still many other causes which lead to the failure of products except for the rolling contact fatigue. We can draw a conclusion that we should always take other aspects which can affect the service life of products into consideration even if those products made of ceramics have many advantages.…

How To Be Full Of Energy

How To Be Full Of Energy

Everyone wants to have an active lifestyle. Having lots of energy will ensure a happy and active life. Here are some of the useful ways on how you can be full of energy.

First, you need to have regular sleep. Keeping your sleep on schedule will ensure that you are getting enough rest at night. If you are used to sleeping at 10pm every night and waking up at 6am the next day, maintain that schedule for as long as you can. Sleeping recharges the body therefore if you have good sleep, you will also have lots of energy. In the case when you feel sleepy during the day, the best way to beat this is to take short naps. However, naps should not be more than 20 minutes as they can cause disruption to the sleep cycle if taken too long.

Second, you have to keep yourself busy and moving. Boredom makes people feel tired. The feeling of not having anything to do will always make you lazy and inactive. This kind of situation will just steal the energy you have. Therefore, always have something to be busy about. If you do not have anything to do, you can go out and take short walks. You can also do some window shopping or just stay in the house and read your favorite book.

Third, you should not eat too much sugar. Foods that are rich in sugar boost the energy but only for a very short period of time. The end result will always be tiredness therefore you have to avoid them. If you really want to eat sweets, eat them in small portions. You can also eat them with some proteins as proteins can cause the absorption of sugar to slow down.

Fourth, you should avoid oily foods. Do you to know why? We all know that fats are not good for the body. Scientifically speaking, fats block the absorption of nutrients in the body and slow down the metabolic processes. As a result, the body will feel tired and sluggish. Go for the healthier alternatives. Bake or grill foods instead of frying them in huge amount of oil.

Fifth, you should have some energy drinks. Energy drinks have electrolytes. These electrolytes are very important for the body to stay active. This is the reason why a lot of athletes drink them. Aside from energy drinks, it is important to have sufficient amount of water every day. Water keeps the body healthy and it also helps in removing harmful toxins that have accumulated in the bloodstream.

Sixth, start your day with a cold bath or with a cup of coffee. Starting your day correctly will let you have that active lifestyle that you have always wanted. The cold bath will wake you up and keep you active the whole morning. On the other hand, a cup of coffee will stimulate your senses and make you feel awake. However, never drink too much coffee. One cup in the morning is enough to last you the entire day. Too much caffeine is also bad for the body.…
